Porchetta

Porchetta is a product with an intense and fragrant flavour. Our porchetta comes from pigs bred exclusively in our countryside. Once the pork has been deboned, the meat is stuffed with garlic, rosemary, pepper and other herbs and spices, then roasted for a long time in the oven or on a charcoal grill until a tasty surface crust is formed.
