Sardische Ziege

A typical product for festive days, it has a delicate and at the same time wild taste, due to the particular diet of the animal, fed exclusively on goat's milk in the wild. The meat must have a light or pink color, with a delicate and wild taste due to the diet consisting exclusively of mother's milk, produced by goats that live in the wild in the Mediterranean pastures and which feed on grasses and Mediterranean scrub.
